Dunbar is a vibrant geometric sans-serif typeface distinguished by its clear and rational structure. The type family includes Tall and Low display variants for large-scale use, complemented by a Text version optimized for smaller sizes and readability.
As described by Indra Kupferschmid, the contrast between Dunbar’s tall and low variants creates a rhythmic visual cadence, reminiscent of resonant musical notes. In motion graphics, Dunbar takes on a more expressive and dynamic role. The interplay between its variants allows for flexible combinations and evolving forms, positioning typography as an active visual element.
